Otherwise, a lot is happening on the casting front again this time: Tom Glynn-Carney ("Dunkirk") now plays the somewhat older Prince Aegon, the first son of Viserys and Alicent (Olivia Cooke).

Unfortunately, the new actor lacks the funny charm of his predecessor Ty Tennant, especially since the character now appears much darker.

Ewan Mitchell and Phia Saban, both of whom appear in The Last Kingdom, play Aemond and Helaena, with the former being the most memorable with his eye patch.

Jace and Luke, the only ones of Rhaenyra's (Emma D'Arcy) five-and-a-half children who seem of interest to the series so far, are portrayed recently by "Dolittle" star Harry Collett and newcomer Elliot Grihault.

Meanwhile, young actresses Bethany Antonia ("Stay Close") and Phoebe Campbell take on the roles of twin sisters Baela and Rhaena, who are known to be the daughters of Daemon (Matt Smith).
