(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, OCTOBER 10 - "A regime that strikes children and civilians without discrimination is a criminal regime and we must continue to fight it".
This was stated by the president of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola at the political opening of the European week of the regions.
"I wish this was a happier day, unfortunately it is very sad because it has seen the atrocities committed in Kiev and other cities in Ukraine. Our pain must become the determination to do more, to be firm and resolute together with our Ukrainian friends."
