A journey starts from Milan that will cross all of Italy and will involve 140 companies that stand out for investments in relaunch and transformation plans according to the guidelines indicated by the objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

This is the roadshow of “Imprese Vincenti”, the Intesa Sanpaolo program for the enhancement of SMEs which represent an example of entrepreneurial excellence, capable of reacting successfully to delicate and continuous changes of context.

In this fourth edition, the PNRR project strands acquire a significant centrality, representing both some of the selection parameters of the companies and the main themes of the tour, which will stop in the main Italian cities.

Presented last May, the initiative has attracted the interest of 4,000 SMEs - which have a total of 150,000 employees and a turnover of about 35 billion - thanks to the opportunity offered to companies to be included in programs to accompany growth and visibility. at national level carried out by Intesa Sanpaolo and by the project partners.

The 140 selected companies have launched projects or achieved results in terms of digitization and competitiveness;

sustainability and ecological transition;

innovation, research and education;

welfare and health.These are realities that have a strong export vocation (with a foreign turnover that on average represents 70% of the total), an innovative and sustainable profile, and that enhance the specificities of the territory.

This year in particular, a voice is given to those companies that have passed the Covid phase and accompanied the recovery of GDP, but today they find themselves having to face the energy crisis and therefore to invest and accelerate choices of sustainability and innovation.

These companies will be provided with the tools to face all the life stages of the business, favoring investment in intangible factors (intangible factors, R&D, Supply Chain, Training) and in the pillars of development, i.e. internationalization, sustainability, innovation, digitization and extraordinary finance. .

The tour is divided into a total of 14 stages throughout Italy, with two focuses dedicated to agribusiness and the third sector.

Finally, a conclusive event of national importance will be organized, aimed at all 140 Winning Companies, which will propose a multi-voice discussion on the success factors of Italian entrepreneurship.

Since its inception in 2019, the Winning Companies program has collected 14,000 applications and valued around 500 excellence, of which around 60 accompanied in the Elite path of the Euronext Group, creating an ecosystem of actors that support SMEs in their growth process.

Together with the historical partners - Bain & Company, Elite and Gambero Rosso - Cerved, technical partner who will collaborate in data analysis, and Microsoft Italia, which will accompany SMEs with training and technological support services, are confirmed.
