Large PS5 replenishment for the USA: do Europeans get nothing?

According to one analyst, Sony shipped many more PS5 consoles to the US this fall than it did last year.
But what about the rest of the world?
Whether in the USA, Europe, Asia or anywhere else in the world: all regions of the world are affected by the PS5 shortage.
The reasons for this included restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic and a global chip shortage.
Things have gradually improved over the past few months, but many gamers are still without a PlayStation 5.
Analyst David Gibson, known for his gaming industry reports, has good news for the US: He reports on Twitter that the weight of PlayStation imports in the United States in September 2022 has increased by 400 percent compared to the previous year has increased.
While shipments are likely to include not only PS5 consoles, but also controllers and older PlayStations, availability in the US should improve soon.
Will the PS5 quotas also be increased in Europe and Germany?

Gibson does not comment on other regions.
However, it is obvious that Sony distributes the quotas fairly evenly.
The Christmas business and the already mentioned release of the new "God of War" game will also lead to a strong increase in demand in Europe.
In Germany, the current status is that the PS5 can hardly be found at the regular price.
While some retailers like MyToys stock PS5 bundles, the prices are much higher.
The PS5 range has been severely limited since its launch in November 2020.
Recently, a lighter model of the console entered the Australian market.
In terms of appearance and performance, this does not show any changes, but it is lighter.
Sony is probably trying to reduce the need for raw materials and thus produce more consoles.
In addition, another PS5 model should be planned, which has a removable disc drive.
