(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 13 - "The uncontrolled increase in energy prices and the general state of uncertainty caused by international tensions are involving both consumers and operators in the energy sector, sometimes resulting in initiatives that can be configured as improper commercial practices or violations of sector regulation ".
This was stated in a joint note by Antitrust and Arera, in front of the various reports received from consumers for violations of the Aid Decree bis on unilateral contract changes and for improper use of the seller's withdrawal and resolution tools for excessive cost.
