(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 13 - Legitimate and immediately operational resolution to revoke the powers of the executive president of Ita Airways, Alfredo Altavilla, decided yesterday by the board of the company.
According to what is learned, the Ministry of Economy and Finance confirmed the cancellation of the proxies to Altavilla in a letter sent to the president himself and to all the other directors of Ita.
It would therefore not be necessary to wait for the shareholders' meeting of 8 November to validate the decision.
The Mef is the sole shareholder of Ita.
