At least 18 Pakistani displaced people, including 12 children, were killed in a fire that broke out in the bus they were on board.
The bus was taking them back to their villages, after being displaced by the violent floods that hit Pakistan this summer, with a death toll of around 1,700 since the monsoon began in June.
The fire broke out last night after the bus had just left Karachi (South), where the displaced had taken refuge.
An investigation will establish the causes.
Fatal transport accidents are very common in Pakistan due to bad roads, poorly maintained vehicles and reckless driving.
