(ANSA) - ROME, OCTOBER 15 - The director of the Kherson Philharmonic Yuriy Kerpatenko was killed by the Russian army in his home for refusing to perform in a concert organized by the occupation forces.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Culture writes on Facebook, reported by the country's media.
"It became known about the brutal murder of the director of the KhersonMusic and Drama Theater. After Kerpatenko refused to cooperate with the occupiers, the Russian army shot him dead in his own home," the ministry wrote.
