At the very beginning, about fifteen years ago, I stayed in my bed trying to go back to sleep.

Now I go downstairs and tidy up, sometimes I do a little cleaning.
If the dishwasher is full, I empty it.
It happened to me to peel vegetables, but I'm going to sort laundry instead.
The fact of moving, of using my arms and my legs, allows me not to get upset.
I then make myself a herbal tea, I go back to bed around 4 am and I go back to sleep until 8:30-9 am.
