On the eve of the opening of the CCP's 20th National Congress, spokesman Sun Yeli said that "peaceful reunification and the 'one country, two systems' model are in everyone's interest, including Taiwanese compatriots".
To this end, "we will work to address the question of sincerity and sincere efforts", but "no one should underestimate our determination to resolve reunification".
