In fact, the trial in which the former boss of Mala del Brenta must respond to fraudulent bankruptcy will start in Brescia on Thursday.
The facts date back to 2016 when Faccia d'Angelo, according to the Prosecutor's Office of Brescia, allegedly distracted from the social assets of Anyaquae srl, a company headed by him, assets for over 100 thousand euros.
Maniero, defended by the lawyer Rolando Iorio, had already been involved in a similar affair in Bari and the court had acquitted him.
The former boss of the Brenta had lived with a new identity in Brescia where he was arrested in October 2019 for the treatment of his partner.
For this affair he was definitively sentenced to four years of imprisonment.
