A 70-year-old woman from the US state of Delaware has won a large sum twice in a row playing the lottery.
According to media reports, the woman first bought two lots from a gas station.
One of them gave her a prize of $100,000.
Immediately after redeeming the ticket with a friend, the woman purchased three tickets from another vendor to celebrate her win.
One of these lots was another hit: $300,000.

"My girlfriend was the first person I told about the $100,000 win," the woman said, according to a statement from the lottery.
“When I scratched off the $300,000, we both sat there in disbelief.
It was absolutely insane.”
The two then drove straight back to the lottery headquarters – for the second time in one day, and cashed in the prize.
The lucky woman wants to use the money for her retirement.
