Securing evidence at the crime scene: three people suffered gunshot wounds in Oberhausen

Several shots were fired, three people were injured: After this incident outside a fast-food restaurant in Oberhausen, the police temporarily arrested a 40-year-old man.
He is said to have been present at the act on Saturday evening, but did not shoot, as prosecutors and police announced on Sunday.
The 40-year-old is currently in police custody.
He was arrested in Gelsenkirchen late Saturday evening.
The officers are still looking for the suspected shooter.
He is said to be a 51-year-old man from Essen.
Injured are out of danger
A 49-year-old man was seriously injured in the shooting.
He suffered a shot in the stomach and was in mortal danger in the meantime, as a spokeswoman for the public prosecutor said.
After an emergency operation, he is now out of danger.
Another man was reportedly injured in the arm and a woman in the leg.
Their lives were not in danger.
Investigators assume that the injured are not accidental victims.
According to initial findings, there is said to have been a meeting with the 51-year-old.
That's when the shots are said to have been fired.
According to previous findings, there was initially a physical altercation between the two groups.
It may have been about business matters, said the spokeswoman for the public prosecutor's office.
According to the information, a search has already taken place on the suspected shooter.
However, the officers did not find the 51-year-old.
