Lifeguard, administrative clerk or doctor - these are fairly common jobs.
However, there are also unusual jobs, such as the sniffer.
There are many different jobs, for some you need training, for others a degree – and then there are still very unusual jobs that at first glance do not give the impression that you can earn money with them.
Or would you have thought, for example, that there are professional sniffers who rate the effectiveness of deodorants?

Extraordinary jobs: This is how people earn money
Putting Lego model builders on
top of each other brick by brick – as a certified Lego model builder you will deal with the colorful bricks.
They build figures and models.
They are used, among other things, at trade fairs, in shopping centers or museums.
To ensure that large figures in particular hold up, they are glued together.
For this job you need a good imagination and a good feeling with working on Lego bricks.
Breakup
You end relationships with other people - in person, over the phone or via SMS - you can earn between 30 and 65 euros per job.
Apple labeller
Not everything can be done with a machine: to protect the apples, labels are attached by hand.
Organic suppliers in particular are looking for labellers seasonally.
However, you will not get rich by working.
Funeral Clown
A clown arouses emotions and makes you think.
They are present at funerals as a poetic supplement and act on behalf of the deceased or their relatives.
This should stimulate the grieving process.
Food stylist
Food should be prepared as attractively as possible.
Especially if they are to be staged for an advertising clip.
As a food stylist you have a flair for colour, shape and presentation - you should also be patient and a perfectionist.
It can take time to capture the perfect scene.
There is no training in this area, but it is an advantage if you have the following background: chef, confectioner, nutritional advice.

Glass Eye Maker / Ocularist
Glass eye prostheses are made by specialists.
In the technical term, this is called an ocularist.
Patients cannot see anything through the glass eyes, but the glass eye is used for optics.
Ocularists are not yet officially recognized in Germany, as the Rothhaupt Institute for Artificial Eyes reports on its website.
However, the training is recognized as a quality feature by social security agencies.
Animal feed taster
As a quality tester, you ensure, for example, that dog or cat food is of high quality.
You decide on taste, texture and smell.
We also think of masters and mistresses - one criterion is that they don't have to choke at the smell of the food.
After the taste test, tasters spit out the food again.
The aim of the job is also to develop new recipe ideas for animal feed.
Biosafety Officer / Live Scarecrow
As a biosafety officer, you make airports uncomfortable for birds.
The aim is that birds do not get caught in the turbines when an airplane takes off.
Professional cuddlers
Proximity is good, that's why there are also professional cuddlers.
You can even get training in this area.
Topics there include the ethics of cuddling or cuddling techniques.
Sniffers
Sniffers evaluate the effectiveness of deodorants.
It is important to determine the intensity of the smell of sweat so that a correct assessment can be made.
For their work, sniffers usually sniff cotton pads placed in the test subject's armpit.
Usually different products were used, so you have an A and a B sample.
Sniffers smell the pad after 24 hours and then give an intensity rating from zero to five.
Zero means there is no perceptible smell of sweat, with a grade of five there is a strong smell.
For this job you need to be able to distinguish between fine nuances.
