Capping gas and electricity prices is the main part of the controversial € 200 billion energy bazooka announced in late September by Berlin.
The gas cap is expected from "January 1" for large companies, and from "March 1" for families and SMEs, indicates a final draft published by the German government.
As for electricity, the mechanism will be in place from "January 1st".
