This Thursday, travelers from the Ile-de-France will have to show even more patience than usual in transport.
While the RATP is facing major difficulties in ensuring the proper functioning of its lines, the strike scheduled for November 10 will, once again, put users in the embarrassment.
In its three-day forecast, published on Monday evening, the group thus indicated that traffic would be “
severely disrupted
” on its network.
However, the final transport plan will not be known until Wednesday morning.
In detail, traffic will be “
very strongly disturbed
” in the metro, as well as on the RER network managed by the management.
The situation will be slightly less difficult on the bus network as well as in the trams, where traffic will simply be “
disturbed
”.
“
The RATP invites all travelers who have the possibility to favor teleworking or to postpone their trips on the network that day and apologizes to travelers for the planned transport conditions
”, specifies the company, in a press release. .

On Thursday, the inter-union of Régie drivers hopes to organize a “
Zero metro, zero RER”
day , in order to put pressure on the company.
Objective: to obtain salary increases comparable to inflation.
A few hours earlier, the future CEO of the company, Jean Castex, will have been heard by parliamentarians: this strike can therefore also be perceived as a warning addressed to the former Prime Minister.
The same day, the CGT organizes a big day of interprofessional strike, which will follow that, mixed, of October 27th.
The central Montreuil also hopes to put pressure on employers as on the government, to snatch wage increases and an increase in the minimum wage.
The day is therefore likely to be difficult to say the least in transport.
