The doors are officially closed since this Friday, 6 p.m.
The discussions will however continue between delegations and negotiators of the COP 27 which has been held for two weeks now in Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt.
Fifteen days were not enough to lead to a general agreement.
The extensions were announced by Egyptian COP President Sameh Choukri, who urged the parties to "step up a gear" in order to reach a conclusion this Saturday.
