The proposed sale of Editis by Vivendi is taking shape.
This Friday, November 18, the contenders for the takeover of Editis are submitting their offers to take over the publishing group.
Daniel Kretinsky, owner of the media ecosystem Czech Media Invest (CMI), would have taken the plunge according to our information.
His entourage declined to comment.
The Czech billionaire, who had applied a few weeks ago for the abortive takeover of M6, met Vincent Bolloré a few weeks ago to inform him of his intentions.
"More than three offers should be submitted in the coming hours
," says someone close to the case.
This is a first stage of submission of non-binding offers.
