(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 18 - Almost half of Ukraine's energy system has been knocked out by Russian missile attacks.

This was announced by Minister Denys Shmyhal during a briefing with the executive vice president of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis.


    "On November 15 alone, Russia fired about 100 missiles against Ukrainian cities. Almost half of our energy system was disabled," Shmyhal said, according to UNIAN reports.
