(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 21 - Wind Tre will have to pay a 5 million euro fine for automatically activating an additional paid service for its customers holding unpaid 'voice and internet' cards.
In particular, the company has increased the monthly cost of the users' tariff plan by at least 2 euros in exchange for the offer of additional Giga, without the latter having expressed any prior consent.
The Antitrust established it.
