On November 25th it's that time again.
Then the run for the best offers on Black Friday begins again.
We will show you which investments are really worthwhile.
Here is an overview of the best washing machines.
Munich – The laundry should be clean, it also has to smell good and the washing machine should of course also be energy-saving.
But that's by far not all that such a device has to be able to do nowadays.
After all, the modern technology of such machines should also be less prone to failure in the long term.
Not only the drum in the interior should rotate effortlessly and continuously.
But also the spin programs with pre-programmed speeds should withstand the washing processes several times a week over a longer period of time.
The test by Stiftung Warentest from this year shows that economical, environmentally friendly devices are particularly expensive.
Consumers who also pay attention to the price of a new investment must consider this before making a purchase.
According to the tester, particularly economical devices can cost up to 1600 euros.
Buying a washing machine can therefore be extremely worthwhile for consumers, especially on Black Friday.
Black Friday in Germany: consider important purchase criteria
If you have a lot of colored laundry, you can be happy.
According to Stiftung Warentest, all tested machines wash very cleanly at 40 degrees and with a full load.
A little tip: Consumers should fill the drums to the brim – except for delicates and woollens.
This is how the devices wash most efficiently.
On top of that, low temperatures for the washing process save on your own electricity bill.
But be careful: this is where the germs thrive best in the long run.
A 60 degree normal program ensures that the germs die off again.
Most machines in the test reach this temperature.
Our tip for consumers:
The washing machine should definitely ensure a
water temperature of 60 degrees Celsius

Protection against water damage
is just as important -
especially if the machine is located in a flat and cannot be connected in a basement room.
A device from
Haier
as well as models from
Amica
and
Sharp
show weaknesses here.
They are at best suitable for rooms with a drain on the floor, according to the test result from Stiftung Warentest.
Here is an overview of washing machines with an overall test rating of “good”:
Manufacturer | Test verdict 2022 | price in euro |
Bosch WUU28TA8 | Good (Grade 1.6) | 855.00 |
Constructa CWF14UT0 | Good (Grade 1.6) | 575.00 |
Miele WWE 360 WPS | Good (Grade 1.6) | 1170.00 |
Siemens WU14UTA8 | Good (Grade 1.6) | 700.00 |
AEG L7FBG61480 | Good (Grade 1.8) | 690.00 |
Washing
,
endurance testing
(
simulating around nine years of use with 3.5 washes per week
),
handling
(loading and unloading, cleaning and servicing the machine),
environmental properties
(
electricity and water consumption
) and
protection against water damage were
all included in the overall assessment
.
Tip:
When
buying a washing machine, consumers should also consider the power consumption of the machine
: washing machines have had a new energy label since spring 2021.
The efficiency classes no longer range
from
A to G.
There are no longer labels with
an A and a plus sign on new devices.
The best energy efficiency class for washing machines is A, the worst class is F.
The devices are more economical the further up they are in the alphabet.
The label provides information about the most important
purchase criteria:
the
size of the washing machine
, the
water consumption
, the
spin class
, the
volume
,
power consumption
and
energy efficiency
.

Black Friday 2022: Devices for less than 600 euros
Consumers who primarily look at the price when hunting for bargains on Black Friday still have a choice of four washing machines in this year's test.
They all cost less than 600 euros and have presentable test results of “good” and “satisfactory”.
But be careful: There are also models with only “sufficient” water protection.
The model from Constructa, on the other hand, convinces with a good price-performance ratio for all criteria examined.

Black Friday in Germany: offers and deals - shopping event since 2006
Black Friday originally comes from the USA.
It is the bridge Friday after Thanksgiving (4th Thursday in November).
Many Americans take the day off.
A chance for retailers to boost sales.
Even if the importance of the day of action is now declining according to the
Handelsblatt
, the highest turnover of the year since 2005 has been generated on that day.
Black Friday has been around in Germany since 2006.
The top sellers include technology bargains and smartphone deals.
Big discounts can also be made for games and fashion deals.
When it comes to Black Friday, consumers should be aware that even a tempting price is not necessarily worth it for them in the end.
Some online shops, for example, charge high shipping costs.
And some discounts were also cheated in the run-up to Black Friday.
If you don't like the goods you ordered online, you will sometimes have to pay for the return shipping yourself.
Fortunately, there is a right of return in Germany.
