Have you already opened your Christmas bakery?
Then be sure to try the snowball recipe.
For the bakery, Advent often means cookies, cookies, cookies.
The biscuit plate that you offer your guests during the Advent season should be as varied and extensive as possible?
You might even give away homemade cookies to friends and neighbors before Christmas.
If you don't know the snowball recipe yet, you should definitely give it a try.
Because the snowballs dusted with icing sugar taste wonderfully tender.

The preparation of the recipe for delicate snowballs is easy, quick and fits perfectly into Advent
Beat the butter and powdered sugar until creamy and add the vanilla sugar and salt.
Add the flour and almonds to the bowl as well and mix the ingredients into an even dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest in a cool place for an hour.
Then use a tablespoon to form hemispheres and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the snowballs at 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat (160 degrees Celsius fan oven) for about a quarter of an hour.
After the tender snowballs have finished baking and have cooled down a bit, you can dust them with icing sugar on both sides.
