The strikes that fell on the Zaporijjia nuclear power plant in Ukraine on Sunday were "absolutely deliberate, targeted", denounces Rafael Grossi, the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Rafael Grossi calls more than ever for caution and urges to "stop this madness".
These "direct attacks" on the plant show "an obvious worsening" of the situation, he adds.
The head of the IAEA also specifies that a "good dozen strikes" would have fallen on Zaporijjia, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe, now occupied by the Russian armed forces.
