Never has an end to the series been so long and painful!
The 11th season of “The Walking Dead”, long announced as the ultimate, ended Sunday in the United States, Monday in France on OCS, with the broadcast of the 177th episode.
Except that this season had started in… August 2021. It certainly offered 24 episodes, an exceptional size, where in the past the producers had generally contented themselves with 16 segments.
But the agony, already increased by the health events caused by the Covid pandemic, was further reinforced by the choice to cut the end into no less than three parts, separated by interminable breaks.
