By the end of June 2026, all large companies listed in the EU will have to adopt measures to increase the presence of women in top positions.
By the end of June 2026, 40% of non-executive director posts and 33% of all director posts are filled by the underrepresented sex.
"After 10 years from the proposal of the European Commission, - comments the president of the EU executive Ursula von der Leyen - we will now have a European law on gender equality in company boards.
