A very fierce team - led by the General Manager Gianluca Tomasi and made up of Pierluca Ardito (Team Manager), the kitchen managers Angelo Biscotti and Fabio Mancuso, the pastry chef Antonio Dell'Oro and Marco Tomasi, Francesco Locorotondo, Francesco Cinquepalmi, Keoma Franceschi , Luca Bnà and Giorgia Ceccato - is leaving to keep up the tricolor banner of Italian cuisine, which already triumphed in Abu Dhabi in May, conquering the Gold Medal in the Senior category in the Global Chef Challenge, one of the most important culinary competitions in the world.
"It has been a very intense year of training - underlined Gianluca Tomasi - but also full of satisfactions and awards at an international level. I am very proud of the commitment of the boys in the team, they have all worked with great dedication and I think we are really ready to do well in this world competition. Two categories in the competition: the Restaurant of Nations and the Chef Table, where we will present ourselves with the theme Sound of Italian Taste, a particular path that focuses on the combination of music and scenic impact of our creations".
