Two videos made with a cell phone
in which De Pau filmed the phases of the murder of the two Chinese women which took place in via Riboty in Rome on the morning of last November 17th.
The gruesome detail emerges from the precautionary order issued by the Gip of the Capital with which he orders the prison for the 51-year-old.
These are videos found on the suspect's phone by investigators coordinated by the Rome prosecutor's office.
The man had left his phone in the apartment before going to via Durazzo where the third crime took place.
The investigating judge
validated the detention
by Giandavide De Pau reserving the right to issue a precautionary measure to apply.
The man is currently held in Regina Coeli.
During the interrogation he made use of the right not to answer.
De Pau, accused of the triple homicide in Rome, is under "extreme surveillance", with
the penitentiary monitoring him 24 hours
a day .
"His psychiatric profile will also be examined by the prosecutor. De Pau was free because he had no qualifications to be detained, and no one, not even the psychiatrists who had visited him, had noticed his dangerousness".
This was stated by the lawyer Alessandro De Federicis, defender of Giandavide De Pau, entering Regina Coeli for the interrogation to validate the detention.
Speaking with reporters, the criminal lawyer added that he had met De Pau yesterday.
"He has no countenance and memory of what happened
as I saw him, absent, it seems strange to me he was able to organize an escape. I have information about the car in the judicial deposit and the passport, I only know that his document it was long overdue".
After the crimes De Pau
wanted to leave Italy
and for this he had tried to obtain a false passport in exchange for money.
This is what emerges from the investigation into the triple homicide in Rome.
Based on what was ascertained after the events, the 51-year-old would have contacted the Cuban woman with whom he had spent the night before the murders to ask her for help in obtaining the document.
Furthermore, according to what is learned, the investigators have not yet found the weapon used to stab the three women to death.
INVESTIGATIONS ON ANOTHER CRIME
There is at least one other murder of a prostituted woman that the magistrates of Piazzale Clodio could investigate again after De Pau's arrest.
This is a crime that
dates back to many years ago
and would have many similarities with what happened in via Riboty and via Durazzo.
The activity is linked to the desire to also dig into De Pau's past to look for any links with bloody events that took place in Rome in recent years and which had women as victims.
