The fish finger pizza has always been a source of debate.

Now an Edeka customer found a full freezer with the actually limited product.

Bochum – For several years, one idea divided the Twitter community in Germany: fish stick pizza.

While some made their dislike clear, others argued with the delicious taste of two products.

And dreamed of a combination.

In April 2022 the time had come: Dr.

Oetker actually brought the fish finger pizza to the freezer shelves of supermarkets and discounters.

Because now an Edeka customer from Bochum found a deep-freeze shelf in her branch, in which heaps of fish finger pizzas could still be bought.

She posted a photo on Twitter and wrote: "Ehm.

The large selection of fish finger pizza probably also surprised the manufacturer Dr.

Oetker himself. Under the post, the company's social media department commented: "Uh, okay.

Your local market must have stocked up VERY generously at the time.”

Twitter users' reactions to the fish finger pizza were once again divided.

"They must have stashed the good stuff and are now selling it at exorbitant prices," wrote one user with a wink.

Some customers would like pizza to be included in the regular range anyway.

"Bring them back to the market," demanded one.

"Found the mega," explained another.

"Send some over, please.

Unfortunately, I didn't get any during the campaign," said another user.

After his dream product hit the supermarkets, the creator showed up with a happy selfie.

There has also been a dispute over the past few months about the preparation of the product.

A consumer caused a stir with another topping upgrade.

However, the Twitter hype surrounding the fish finger pizza went completely unnoticed by some people.
