(ANSA) - TOKYO, NOVEMBER 24 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange starts trading with a plus sign, after yesterday's holiday, following the rise in US stock indexes, with investors speculating on the possibility of a slowdown in monetary tightening by the Federal Reserve American.
At the opening, the Nikkei benchmark index marks a 0.93% increase to 28,376.79, adding 261 points.
On the foreign exchange market, the yen revalues against the dollar to 139.20, and against the euro slightly above a level of 145. (ANSA).
