The Addams Family returns on Netflix: However, Mama Morticia, Papa Gomez, brother Pugsley, Uncle Fester, servant Lurch and the ice-cold hand are only marginal figures, because Wednesday deals with the school days of the eponymous daughter.
Wednesday (Jenna Ortega, "Stuck in the Middle") and Pugsley (Isaac Ordonez, "A Wrinkle in Time"), the two children of the Addams Family, do not have an easy school life in the new Netflix series "Wednesday": After a troupe bad boy locked poor Filius in a locker with an apple in his mouth, Wednesday unleashes some piranhas in the pool during their swim practice.
This prompts her parents Morticia (Catherine Zeta Jones, "Queen America") and Gomez (Luis Guzman, "Godfather of Harlem") to take their daughter out of Nancy Reagan High School and send her to the much better suited Nevermore Academy instead. which is attended by young vampires, werewolves and sirens like Bianca (Joy Sunday, "Bad Hair"), among others, and is directed by director Larissa Weems (Gwendoline Christie, "Game of Thrones").
