The members of the P38-La Gang musical band are under investigation in Turin for instigation to commit a crime.
In the morning, the Carabinieri and the Turin police, supported by the territorial offices of Bologna, Bergamo and Nuoro, carried out searches against the four members of the band: IT material useful for the continuation of the investigations was seized.
The Digos of the Turin Police Headquarters and the Ros of the Carabinieri, assisted by the territorial offices of Bologna, Bergamo and Nuoro, have implemented 4 search orders against the members of the band.
During its concerts, the musical group
brought the flags of the Red Brigades onto the stage, often from social centres, and sang songs with explicit references to the terrorist group "Renault"

Moro's daughter, Maria Fida and the son of a carabiniere victim of the Red Brigades, Bruno D'Alfonso, had filed complaints
against the band.
