(ANSA) - MOSCOW, NOVEMBER 26 - The Foreign Minister of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, died suddenly at the age of 65.
The news was reported by the Belarusian agency Belta.
"Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei died suddenly," said ministry spokesman Anatoly Glaz quoted by Sputnik Belarus, quoted by the Russian agency Ria Novosti.
Makei had scheduled a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov for Monday.
