In 1999, a young man who arrived illegally from Tripoli, Lebanon, Alan Geaam slept in the streets of Paris and worked on construction sites.
Twenty-three years later, affable and smiling, he evolves with ease in his elegant restaurant on rue Lauriston, near the Champs-Élysées (Paris 16th), where his French and inventive gastronomy with flavors from the Levant has been crowned with a star in the Michelin Guide in 2018.
