Residents called the police after seeing ostriches wandering down the road.
The video shows the passenger of the police car trying to grab the ostrich by the neck, without success.

Taber Police posted a message on Facebook “This morning members of the police department took care of a number of ostriches.
They have created many risks of accidents.
One of the ostriches was unfortunately killed in a road collision.
The others were captured and returned safely to their owner, a local farmer.
