Not all that glitters is gold
: Ashley Benson, the star of "Pretty Little Liars" shared a personal video on Tiktok this weekend, which reveals the less photogenic side of her life, and how the stressful environment in which she leads her life has a negative effect on her health as well.
"My anxiety is taking over my whole body," Benson wrote about the video, which received more than 47,500 likes.
She exposed her upper body in it, covered with a red rash, and in the background the song Overwhelmed by the band Royal & the Serpent, which talks about anxiety, was heard.

"Thank you for sharing", "I always thought I was the only one", "It makes me feel better about myself", hundreds of surfers reinforced her in the comments to the video.
Benson did not share the causes of anxiety, but a day after uploading the video, she shared another video with her 23.4 million followers on her Instagram account, in which she was actually seen smiling quite a bit, but the same song was playing again in the background.
Benson added the caption: "Who else is dealing with severe anxiety and panic attacks?", when once again the video received thousands of views, and hundreds of hugging and affirming comments thanking her for her brave sharing and raising awareness of the issue.

This is not the first time the 32-year-old Benson has shared her struggles with anxiety.
In 2015, the "Pretty Little Liars" and "Spring Breakers" star said that she was undergoing acupuncture treatments to help her deal with the anxiety attacks she was experiencing.
"I'm undergoing acupuncture on my back and depressed areas," she shared at the time.
"It helps me lower my anxiety level."
Benson previously dated supermodel Cara Delevingne for two years, and they broke up in 2020.
Various reports claimed that the two were married, but they never confirmed them.
