It remains exciting
Our most
difficult opponent
so far will face our national team today:
Spain
.
We only reluctantly remember the last encounter with the Spanish team.
Here's a little refresher on your memory: in
2020
, Mikel Oyarzabal scored
6-0 against Germany
in the 89th minute , ending this terrific defeat.
In addition, it would also be nice to make some
amends after the group elimination at the 2018 World Cup
in Russia, wouldn't it?
In any case, we keep our fingers crossed and give our boys a small tortilla skewer so that the Spaniards can finally be "devoured".
That's how it's done:
You need these ingredients:
8 eggs
1 tbsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
350ml oil
600 g potatoes, waxy, cut into crescents
70 grams of onions
1 clove of garlic
The preparation is so easy:
First, season the eggs with salt and pepper and whisk.
Put the oil in a pan and add the potatoes.
The potatoes should all be just covered with oil.
After a few minutes add the onions and fry.
Then add the garlic and stir in the oil for another minute.
The whole process should take 10-12 minutes.
Drain the potato mass through a sieve and put it in a pan without oil.
Spread everything evenly in the pan and pour over the egg mixture.
Cover and let stand on medium heat until eggs are set.
Place a large plate on the pan and turn out the potato tortilla.
Then fry again in the pan the other way around.
For the perfect finger food buffet, cut the tortilla into bite-sized pieces and attach flags.
Ole!
Enjoy your meal.
