The draft of the maneuver circulated yesterday provides for the VAT taxpayers who facilitate sales to a non-taxable transferee the obligation to send the Agency of Revenue the data relating to suppliers and the operations carried out.
In case of failed transmission, the same taxable person is considered jointly responsible for the absorption of the VAT.
The assets that fall within the measure will be identified with a decree from the MEF.
The new rules exempt supplies made by suppliers who meet reliability requirements or who provide a suitable guarantee, as identified by the Revenue Agency in a provision to be issued within 3 months.
