The economic maneuver is expected tomorrow in Parliament.

Added the Imu exemption for occupied houses in the latest draft.

The limit beyond which merchants are exempt from the obligation to allow payments by debit card and cards rises from 30 to 60 euros.

Invoice obligation and tax squeeze for online sales starting from 1 July 2023. The draft of the maneuver circulated yesterday provides for the VAT taxpayers who facilitate sales to a non-taxable transferee the obligation to send the Agency of Revenue the data relating to suppliers and the operations carried out.

In case of failed transmission, the same taxable person is considered jointly responsible for the absorption of the VAT.

The assets that fall within the measure will be identified with a decree from the MEF.

The new rules exempt supplies made by suppliers who meet reliability requirements or who provide a suitable guarantee, as identified by the Revenue Agency in a provision to be issued within 3 months.
