Porn star Gigi Dior has been sued by the luxury fashion brand "Christian Dior Couture" for what they say is use of the company's trademark.

The managers of the fashion house accused the porn star of the cheapness of their luxury products.

The "Milfite" porn star, who became famous thanks to the movie "Hot Moms", marked her stage name "Gigi Dior" in September of this year.

Luxury French fashion house Dior filed a lawsuit to cancel its trademark, claiming it was harming its business.

"It's ridiculous, my name has nothing to do with couture and the funny part is — what I do usually doesn't involve clothing at all," Gigi told Page Six in response to the lawsuit.

The 40-year-old porn star filed an application last year for the "Gigi Dior" trademark, intended for "entertainment and modeling purposes."

On September 20, 2022, he was confirmed.

She uses the name on her personal website, her OnlyFans account, her webcom work, and all of her social media accounts.

The fashion house stated its reasons for its opposition to Gigi's trademark, including: "likelihood of confusion, blurring and tarnishing".

Gigi has appeared in seven porn films, along with numerous online videos.

She was nominated for "Milf of the Year" at the Cam Awards.

"I was looking to trademark my stage name for entertainment and modeling purposes. I needed to show proof of what I was using that name for, so I used Exotica's performances and the website for approval. My request was granted," Gigi said, "a few weeks ago, on the 18 In October, I received a message from 'Christian Dior Couture' that they are appealing the approval of my trademark and claiming that the Dior name is damaged and that I am harming the reputation of their products."

Gigi has until December 17 to present a written response against Christian Dior Couture's claim.

If you don't provide a convincing response, her trademark will be revoked.

The former New York model and actress, who is a single mother of four children under the age of 12, said: "I've built a brand around this name, it represents me and my reputation, so it's really devastating to think I might have to start from scratch and rebrand everything. Gig Y, who has been in the adult industry for only two years, added: "I have thousands of shirts, signs and pictures.

I started websites, all my social media.

I will have to start all over again.

It would be a huge chore for me to lose this name.

I'm devastated and it's ridiculous."

Gigi tweeted about the incident: "This is the face you make when you find out a company with over $50 billion in revenue has taken legal action against you... Please retweet this. I need to spread the word... Christian Dior I am appealing my approved patent and trademark, in my name Gigi Dior."

Despite her request - her Twitter account was suspended.

And she is not the only "housing".

The lawsuit comes months after the fashion house accused a Kansas restaurant of using Dior's name.

According to him, the "Dior" restaurant in Kansas City "used the reputation" of the well-known brand for profit.

A post shared on Facebook revealed that the restaurant offered a free housing bag when customers bought two or more entrees.

Christian Dior's lawyers sued the eatery to change its name, signs and menus.

They called the place to "destroy" any item with the name "housing" on it.

The restaurant has since closed permanently.

However, Christian Dior lost another lawsuit over the use of the Baby Dior trademark in Indonesia in 2013.

The owners of "Baby Dior" claimed that the name was inspired by a local expression.

They added that "Baby Dior" should be looked at as an acronym.

The Jakarta Supreme Court ruled that the name did not mislead the public.
