The crime of 'Rave-Party' is committed only if it is an event with music and drug dealing, in which more than 100 people (not 50) participate.
These are some of the changes suggested by FI in the 14 amendments presented to the anti-Rave decree, now being examined by the Senate Justice Commission.
Among the other proposals, signed by the FI group leader in the Commission, Pierantonio Zanettin, are that of allocating 50% of the sanctions to the Municipalities for the restoration of the territory and the exclusion of the crime from the anti-mafia code.
"We want to prevent occupied schools or trade union demonstrations from becoming part of the norm," explains Zanettin.
In the event of an acquittal sentence, the Public Prosecutor will no longer be able to appeal.
This is what is foreseen in an amendment presented by Forza Italia to the decree which contains the 'anti-Rave' rule.
The proposed modification bears the signature of the group leader in the Commission Pier Antonio Zanettin.
One of the 14 amendments presented by Forza Italia to the decree against the 'Rave Party' substantially provides for the weakening of the so-called 'Corrupt Spazza' law introduced by the Conte government in 2019. With the proposed amendment that bears the signature of the group leader in the Senate Justice Commission, Pierantonio Zanettin, in fact, the aim is to exclude crimes against the PA from the list of those for which the granting of benefits is prohibited, unless the convicted person cooperates with justice.
