Have you ever tried making butter yourself?
With a butter churn it is very easy and very quick.
Food prices go up and up.
Butter in particular has become more expensive and, if you look at the results of the
eco-test
, the quality is often inferior.
Of 20 butter brands tested, 17 were rated "poor" or "unsatisfactory".

With a butter churn, this is a lot easier than you might think.

The preparation of homemade butter from the butter churn is very easy and quick
Pour the cream into the butter churn and seal tightly.
Make sure that the cream for the butter is around room temperature, i.e. around 20 degrees Celsius.
Since cream is usually kept in the fridge, you should get it out in good time.
Whisk the cream in the butter churn for about ten minutes.
After this time, the buttermilk should have separated from the creamy butter and you can simply pour it off.
Place the finished homemade butter in a bowl of ice-cold water.
You can use the butter board to squeeze out the excess liquid from the butter.
Take the butter out of the bowl and refine it if necessary - for example like in the TikTok trend recipe for caramelized onion butter.
You can also use homemade butter instead of buttered bread for the butter board trend.
