(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 29 - Two more months to send the Revenue Agency the substitutive declaration from companies that received state aid during the Covid-19 emergency.
A provision signed by the Director of the Revenue Agency, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, moves the deadline for sending the self-declaration from 30 November 2022 to 31 January 2023.
The deadline for submitting the self-declaration, initially set at 30 June 2022, had been extended to 30 November 2022 by a previous provision.
The new postponement meets the reports received from some professionals appointed to send them by their clients, who in the last few days have encountered difficulties in accessing the National State Aid Register (RNA), a useful operation to find the information necessary for completing the declarations to be sent electronically to the Agency of the Revenue.
The self-declaration serves to certify that the total amount of economic support received does not exceed the ceilings indicated in the Communication of the European Commission "Temporary Framework" and compliance with the various conditions envisaged.
