A 21-year-old man overtook a motorway police patrol on the A100 in Berlin at 165 kilometers per hour.
The speed limit was 80 km/h – so the driver was traveling more than twice as fast as allowed.
The man raced over the wet highway on Monday night and endangered other road users, the police said on Monday evening via Twitter.
Her conclusion: »Driving ended & car confiscated«.
The young man should expect a fine of at least 700 euros, as well as two points in Flensburg and a three-month driving ban.
