(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, NOVEMBER 29 - "Dear Sanna Marin, among true friends there is no need to ask for things to be clarified: Hungary has never linked and will never link any other issue to the issue of EU funds".
The Hungarian premier writes it in a tweet, addressed to his Finnish counterpart.
"This - he adds - also applies to Finland's accession to NATO, among other issues. The Hungarian government supports it and the National Assembly will put its ratification on the agenda as soon as the 2023 session begins".
The first session of parliament will be held in February.
Previously, the vote on the ratification of the accession of Sweden and Finland was scheduled for December 7, close to the Council of European Finance Ministers who will have to decide on the Hungarian Pnrr, the only one that has not received the EU's green light so far, and on the release of European funds of cohesion under the rule of law conditionality mechanism.
