If you are one of the women (or men) who take care of taking care of themselves in one way or another, you should listen to the Australian beauty scientist, who published a video on Instagram with five grooming mistakes that women make - and which should be avoided completely.

According to Hannah English, there are countless bad things she sees women doing in their skincare routines, so she decided to share the things she, as an expert in the field, would never do.

• Never use lipa: The

first mistake English mentioned is using lipa, or another bathing aid, when it is not completely clean.

The reason is that it probably already has mold on it, which causes a rash on the pulp.

"These are disgusting products that no one ever cleans, and there must be mold in them. If you get a rash on your body, it's because of the unclean husk. You'd better throw it away and use your hands to clean and wash your body," she said.

• Don't spray perfume on your neck or chest:

Although perfumes are safe to use and contain no bad ingredients, English says she doesn't spray them on her neck and chest.

The reason?

"The compounds found in some perfumes make the skin more sensitive to light. Therefore, instead of spraying on the front, I spray the perfume on the back of my head under the hair, so it stays on us longer," she said.

• Don't mix sunscreen with makeup:

English says she's seen women mix sunscreen into their makeup to look radiant and protected from the sun.

"In this situation, an even layer of sunscreen is not formed on the entire skin, and you may be damaged by the sun. It is better to apply moisturizer, let it dry - then apply sunscreen against the sun, let it also dry, and then apply makeup. In this way, protection from the sun is All the skin evenly," she explained.

• Do not buy preparations without preservatives:

"Preservatives protect the product from the formation of mold, so these are better products than products without a preservative. If you use a product with water without a preservative, mold will definitely enter it, which may cause a rash on the skin." English said.

• Don't rely on the sun protection material in the make-up:

many companies now include sun protection materials in their make-up products as well.

According to English, "the amount of makeup you need to put on to get protection from the sun is very large, and no woman puts on that amount."

Therefore, in order not to be harmed by the sun, she recommends applying sunscreen from the sun to the whole body and not to rely on the protective substances that are in the various make-up materials."
