Kevin Spacey won a sexual harassment lawsuit in New York in October.
But in the coming year, the 63-year-old will have to answer before a British court for alleged sexual assault in a total of twelve cases.
In the midst of these legal disputes, it has now been announced that Spacey will again play a major role in a movie for the first time.
As the industry magazine "Variety" reports, he is supposed to be involved in the thriller "Control" - but he will not be seen in it.
Similar to Kiefer Sutherland in the 2002 film »Phone Booth« (»Don't hang up!«) you will only hear Spacey's voice in the new British production - but probably extensively.
He portrays the blackmailer of a politician who is steered through the city by her tormentor by voice in her car.

Writer-director Gene Fallaize said in an interview: »Spacey is one of the greatest actors of his generation.
I can't comment on his personal life, but it's just an opportunity for me to work with one of the greatest.«
Spacey has been largely shunned by the industry in recent years, except for a very small role in the 2021 Italian film L'uomo che disegnò Dio.
