(ANSA) - ISTANBUL, NOVEMBER 30 - "Military operations not only cannot solve any problem but at the same time further complicate the situation and cause loss" of human lives.
This was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian speaking with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu regarding Ankara's intention to launch an offensive against Kurdish forces in northern Syria.
During the call, Amirabdollahian nevertheless acknowledged Turkey's "security concerns" over the situation on the border with Syria.
