Spotify is starting to summarize 2022 with the most played songs, artists, podcasts and albums revealed today (Wednesday).
The first in the ranking of the most played artists are Israeli creators, with Eden Hasson in first place and only after him comes Omar Adam.
In 2022, and in contrast to last year, 35 percent of Israelis listened more to local music.
Listening to Israeli music is also reflected in the ranking of the most played songs, with eight of the top ten songs belonging to Israeli artists, including Tona and Anna Zak, who have two songs each in the top ten most played songs in Israel.
Tuna's song, "Hey Babe", is also the song played the most times on repeat in Israel this year.
