Twenty-five winning companies and eight special prizes awarded to various representatives of the productive world, active in sectors ranging from technological research to the entertainment world, passing through healthcare, always under the banner of the desire to throw the 'heart beyond the obstacle', reaching high goals with the strength of an idea: this is the panorama of the 5th edition of the Angi Prize (National Association of Young Innovators) – Innovation Oscar, which was held this morning at the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome.

The event was born from the intuition of the president of the Gabriele Ferrieri Association, convinced that "digital, new technologies and young talents represent the key points on which to relaunch the ecosystem of our country and like Angi, as a point of reference of the

digital innovation in Italy, we are pleased to experience this moment as protagonists, dialoguing with the main Italian and European institutions.

And, supported by the main Italian and international 'corporates', to be able to give our contribution and precious support to the enhancement of Made in Italy, young talents and 'open innovation' programs which aim to strengthen" the national economy. Yes it deals, he continued, with 'best practices and 'case histories' which, "starting from the territories, are creating so many hubs and centers of excellence on innovation.

The many stories of excellence that we have heard today represent precisely those testimonies of those young people who are making it, and who best represent our country", underlined Guerrieri.

Among the personalities present today, Roberto Gualtieri, Mayor of Roma Capitale, Andrea Abodi, Minister for Sport and Youth, Lorenzo Marinone, Delegate of the Mayor for Youth Policies of Roma Capitale, Carlo Corazza, Director of the Offices of the European Parliament in Italy, Elena Grech, Deputy Chief Representation of the European Commission in Italy, Francesco Tufarelli, Director General of the Presidency of the Council, Alessandro Coppola, Director of Innovation and Development Enea and Roberto Sgalla, Director of the Center for American Studies.

During the morning, special prizes were also awarded to: Giorgio Metta, Scientific Director of the Italian Institute of Technology, Andrea Dianetti, actor and presenter, Danilo Iervolino, entrepreneur, and president of Salernitana, Lorenzo Zurino, Founder & CEO The One Company , Virgo Holding, Efebo Sicily, Andrea Visconti, Entrepreneur and Content Creator Buster-K, Domenico De Rosa, President of Smet, Michela Sciurpa, Sole Director of SviluppUmbria and Nicola Alemanno, mayor of Norcia.

The second part of the research carried out by the Angi Ricerche Observatory in collaboration with Lab21.01 was also presented by Roberto Baldassari, Angi Scientific Committee Director and LAB.21.01 General Director, and Adelina Chiara Balsamo, Italian Globe Director and Angi Presidential Office Management ;

Among the illustrated innovative contributions, also that of Nomos, an organization that stood out at the Policlinico di Tor Vergata for its software with which to fight multi-antibiotic-resistant bacteria and healthcare-related infections, rapidly growing phenomena and one of the main concerns for the coming decades.

Professor Massimo Andreoni, scientific director of the Italian Society of Infectious and Tropical Diseases, spoke about it, accompanying Giampiero Delli Rocili and Alessio Bernini who received the award, reporting that "a platform has been set up in which all the factors useful for decreasing the resistance of germs and for understanding which factor has caused the increase in resistance".
