More than 670,000 ads in Zara colors on second-hand sites.
This is the figure reported by a study conducted by the site specializing in discount offers Savoo, relayed by Women's Wear Daily, thus making Zara the most popular brand on resale platforms.
The label also reigns over Depop (which offers the most Zara items, with 439,696 items), eBay, Vestiaire Collective (although the platform recently pledged to ban fast fashion by 2025 - for now the Spanish giant still has citizenship) and Asos Marketplace.

Second hand, the good vein
A popularity that has not escaped the fast fashion giant.
To take advantage of this and in the face of a constantly growing second-hand market, Zara has positioned itself: the brand launched its own second-hand platform last October in the United Kingdom.
A site dedicated solely to the resale and purchase of old clothes and archive pieces from the Spanish brand launched in 1975. In a second phase, it is planned to be extended to other European markets.
It must be said that the sector has something to make investors salivate: in France, in 2020 it already represented more than seven billion euros in turnover, of which more than one billion just for fashion.
