(ANSA) - ROME, 03 DEC - After the success of the public and critics of the first two editions, 'The Voice Senior', the talent show that rewards the most beautiful voices over 60 in the country, returns from 13 January every Friday in prime time on Rai 1, led by Antonella Clerici.

Seven episodes and a new entry in the cast: IRicchi e Poveri.

The couple formed by Angela Brambati and AngeloSotgiu join the team of coaches of The Voice Senior (in place of Orietta Berti) together with the very confirmed LoredanaBerté, Gigi D'Alessio and Clementino.

    Starting with the Blind Auditions, the traditional 'auditions in the dark' which are the hallmark of the programme, passing through the Knockout in which the talents of each team will challenge each other to earn their place in the final.

A route in stages to achieve victory.

Also this year, the songs will be at the center of The Voice Senior for an exciting journey into the tradition of Italian and international music;

there will be duets between competitors and coaches, of course the coaches themselves will also test themselves on stage where they will sing, laugh, but there will also be space for moments of reflection, with stories that will touch the heart, but which will always carry a message of hope, because life can always surprise.

    'The Voice Senior' is produced in Italy for Fremantle by Marco Tombolini and is the son of 'The Voice', an international format created by John de Mol, one of the most viewed in the world.

   Directed by Sergio Colabona.
